Standard installations take 2–4 hours depending on screen size. Large multi-panel setups may require a half-day pre-event setup. We recommend booking installation access the day before your event for stress-free go-live. Teardown typically takes 1–2 hours.
We accept MP4, MOV, AVI video files and JPG, PNG images. Content should match your display's native resolution (provided at booking). Our CMS supports playlists, scheduling, and remote updates from any device. No design experience required — our team can advise on content optimisation.
A refundable security deposit is required at booking — typically 20–30% of the equipment value, confirmed in your quote. The deposit is fully refunded upon return inspection within 5 business days, provided no damage is found. We strongly recommend event insurance for large activations.
Our LED film products are designed for indoor use. Outdoor deployment may be considered under covered structures (marquees, pavilions) where the display is protected from direct rain and moisture. We do not install in open-air environments without shelter. Contact us to discuss your specific venue.
We currently service events across major metro regions. Delivery and installation are included within our standard service zone. Travel surcharges apply for regional and remote locations. Contact our team with your event postcode to confirm availability and get an accurate delivery cost estimate.
All rentals include on-call technical support for the duration of your event. For premium bookings, a dedicated on-site technician can be arranged. In the event of equipment failure, we guarantee a replacement response within 4 hours or a pro-rata refund for downtime. Your event will not go dark on our watch.
